Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Unfazed platform and services. By using Unfazed, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The Unfazed Service
Unfazed is a technology platform that connects patients with independent, licensed healthcare providers for telehealth consultations. Unfazed is not a medical provider, hospital, or pharmacy. All clinical decisions — including whether to prescribe medication — are made solely by the independent licensed clinicians who provide your care.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of a US state where Unfazed operates to use this service. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Not for Emergencies
Unfazed is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency, suicidal ideation, or are in danger, call 911, go to your nearest emergency room, or call/text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) immediately. Do not use this platform for emergencies.
4. Medications — Non-Controlled Substances Only
Unfazed clinicians may prescribe non-controlled medications for anxiety and depression, including SSRIs, SNRIs, and non-controlled anxiolytics. Unfazed does not and will never prescribe controlled substances, including stimulants, benzodiazepines, or opioids. Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of the treating clinician based on their independent clinical judgment.
5. Subscription and Billing
Unfazed charges a flat monthly fee of $99 per month, billed automatically. Your subscription covers your clinician consultation, ongoing check-ins, and platform access. Medication costs are separate and fulfilled through pharmacy partners. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
6. No Guarantee of Treatment
Subscribing to Unfazed does not guarantee that a clinician will prescribe medication. If the treating clinician determines that medication is not clinically appropriate for you, you will be notified. In this case, your subscription fee for that month will be refunded.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unfazed's liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. Unfazed is not liable for the independent clinical decisions of treating clinicians.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
